Keops is giving one lucky winner the opportunity to enjoy a luxury two-night countryside getaway at Walker's Lodge, near the Malvern Hills.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before entering.

1. Competition Organiser

2. Competition Dates

  • The competition opens on Friday 6th November 9:00am.
  • Entries close at 11:59pm (UK time) on 15th December 2026.
  • The winner will be selected and announced on 18th December 2026.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Keops, Walker's Lodge and anyone directly involved in organising the competition, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Entrants must have an Instagram account and comply with Instagram's terms of use.
  • Entrants must be following the official Keops Instagram account, @keopslogcabins_, at the time the winner is selected.
  • Only genuine entries that meet all competition requirements will be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps on the official competition post published by @keopslogcabins_:

  1. Follow @keopslogcabins_ on Instagram.
  2. Like the official competition post.
  3. Comment on the official competition post, tagging someone they would love to take with them.

Optional Bonus Entry

Participants can receive one additional entry by sharing the official competition post to their Instagram Story and tagging @keopslogcabins_.

If an entrant has a private Instagram account, they must send a screenshot of their Story share to @keopslogcabins_ via direct message before the competition closes so their bonus entry can be verified.

Each eligible participant may receive one standard entry and a maximum of one bonus entry.

Only entries submitted through the original competition post, which will be pinned to the Keops Instagram profile, will be counted. Comments on supporting promotional posts will not qualify.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive:

A gift voucher for a luxury two-night stay for two people at Walker's Lodge, near the Malvern Hills.

The prize is subject to the following conditions:

  • The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • The voucher is redeemable exclusively at Walker's Lodge and cannot be used at any other accommodation or property.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at Walker's Lodge.
  • The following dates and periods are excluded from voucher redemption:
    • Cheltenham Festival race week.
    • UK bank holidays and associated bank holiday weekends.
    • The Christmas holiday period.
  • The winner may request their preferred dates at any time during the voucher's validity period, subject to availability and the excluded dates outlined above.
  • Travel to and from Walker's Lodge is not included.
  • Any additional expenses, including food, drinks, activities and personal spending, are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable without the Promoter's prior written agreement.
  • The voucher must be redeemed and the stay completed within its 12-month validity period.

Prize Fulfilment

The prize will be provided as a gift voucher issued for Walker's Lodge.

Following confirmation of the winner, Keops will arrange for the voucher to be provided, along with the necessary instructions for booking the stay.

The winner will be responsible for arranging their preferred dates directly with Walker's Lodge, subject to availability, excluded dates and any applicable accommodation booking conditions.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be selected at random using an online random winner picker.
  • All verified eligible entries, including valid bonus entries, will be included in the selection process.
  • The draw will take place after the competition closes.
  • The selected winner must be following the official Keops Instagram account, @keopslogcabins_, at the time of the draw.
  • If the selected winner is not following the account, or does not meet any of the other entry requirements, they will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected using the random winner picker.
  • This process will continue until an eligible winner who meets all competition requirements has been identified.
  • The winner will be announced on 5th December 2026 through the official Keops Instagram account.
  • The winner will also be contacted via Instagram direct message from @keopslogcabins_.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible or cannot accept the prize under its stated conditions, Keops reserves the right to select another winner at random.

Keops will never ask the winner to pay a fee to claim their prize or provide bank card details through Instagram.

7. Booking and Availability

The winner will receive a gift voucher valid exclusively at Walker's Lodge for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

The winner is responsible for contacting Walker's Lodge to arrange their stay in accordance with the voucher's terms and conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability, and specific dates cannot be guaranteed.

The voucher cannot be redeemed during Cheltenham Festival race week, UK bank holidays and associated bank holiday weekends, or the Christmas holiday period.

Once a booking has been confirmed, any changes or cancellations will be subject to Walker's Lodge's applicable booking terms and conditions.

The stay must be completed before the voucher expires. Any unused voucher entitlement after the expiry date will be forfeited.

8. General Conditions

  • Keops reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Keops reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Keops may offer a replacement prize of equal or greater value.
  • Keops is not responsible for technical issues, platform interruptions or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
  • The Promoter's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the competition will be final, subject to applicable law.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Any personal information provided by entrants will be used only for administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging the prize, unless the entrant has separately agreed to another use.

The winner's necessary contact details may be shared with Walker's Lodge solely for the purpose of arranging the prize.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Keops Privacy Policy.

The winner's surname and county may be made available in accordance with applicable UK promotional competition requirements, subject to valid objections and legal obligations.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the competition or fulfilment of the prize.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
