How to OrderPlacing your order
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of order. You will receive an order confirmation, deposit invoice, plus a "What Happens Next" letter, a timetable of events, insulation fitting instructions (if applicable) & preservative treatment information.
An invoice for the balance of payment will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to your cabin delivery.
Viewing by AppointmentOur normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are able to make arrangements outside of the above mentioned hours and at weekends, however, in ALL cases, visits are by appointment only so that we can allocate a member of staff to be present to devote adequate time to our visiting customers.
Delivery DetailsBearing in mind that most of our cabins are being made fresh especially for you to your design requirements, we need a sensible time frame in which to process the order, design, schedule production, source correct high grades of raw materials, manufacture, package and transport.
This is reliably achieved in 6 weeks on average.

All of our delivery lorries are equipped with Moffat Mounty / Kooi fork lift trucks on board.
These are incredibly versatile machines, that allow the driver to offload the cabin packs from the side of the lorry, travel a short distance and place the pack as close to your build site as is possible.

InstallationWe do offer an efficient installation service nationwide, although the majority of our customers take enjoyment from self assembly and we are available 24/7 to provide expert advice over the telephone should the need arise.

If you are happy with a cheap and nasty quality log cabin, you are in the wrong place. There are loads of websites to choose from all shouting out ‘Cheap’, ‘Sale’, ‘Direct’ and so on, but of course you will only get what you pay for, it is a fact of life. If they are supposedly so good why can they not sell them without massive sales and discounts? Why have their dealer networks given up on them?
Equally there are several reputable websites that do sell quality products and we hope that you will have visited them also because you may be getting a feel for what you want in terms of quality and design and therefore we will be able to give you exactly that. We deliver your wish list.
If you have seen a particular log cabin size or style that you like maybe elsewhere, please just ask us to quote for the same - chances are it was a copy of one of ours in the first place, but you may also wish to take advantage of our extreme flexibility in design and make some minor or major changes as well to create your perfect design. Either way we would be surprised if ours was more expensive than you had already seen, and we can say with confidence that 1000’s of times a year it is actually far less cost than buying off the shelf or from other so called tailor made log cabin suppliers. The proof is in our full lorries that deliver everyday around the country!
In fact, we really do not feel we have a serious competitor that can come close to our abilities and still provide such value for money. Yet we do not take advantage of this and do not go around charging exorbitant prices, instead we prefer to sell lots of cabins, make lots of delighted customers, earn very modest margins, keep the machines turning and the lorries full!
Time and time again we see the look of surprise and delight in our customers faces when they come here to our office and see our cabin.
