I suppose you get loads of these - but I have to say it is hard not to be impressed by the final product and old fashioned service.

From the concrete base, delivery, construction and the final product, everything went to plan and on time. And the results and quality are better than anticipated. The integrity of this building is a long way from a shiplap, frame type garage and everyone in the street seems unable to pass without passing a favourable comment. It pains me to say it but I think, good value too.

Just a quick note of thanks for the cabin, it is up and looking great, will send some photos once painted. The erection team were very impressive, I'm glad I went for that option, I would still have a pile of bits now if I hadn't.

I think you are aware that the only problem was a twisted french door, which I believe has been re-ordered. Again I was impressed as I did not need to point this out it was identified to me before I even went to see the cabin and a solution already put into place. This kind of after sales service is exactly why I chose KEOPS over other companies.

In the meantime I'd like to say that it has been a pleasure dealing with you and your team, each and every person that I have dealt with from office, delivery and erection has been both professional and pleasant and I would not hesitate in recommending you guys to other people.

Just a little (belated) e-mail to say thank you for your work in organizing everything regarding our new 'shed'. I've finally finished painting it, landscaping the area and putting up the guttering! Your team were amazing and were very efficient, professional, polite and friendly (even though they finished putting it up in the rain and dark, after a 13 hour day!) I thanked them on the day in telling them how brilliant they were and have sent you some photographs of the building in it's finished state. My neighbours now have 'shed-envy' like you wouldn't believe.

Our cabin was constructed last Saturday and we are so pleased with the quality of the cabin and also with the high quality of your services. The cabin quality is excellent and fits perfectly on the base, the design is good and suits our requirements. The ordering process was simple and easy and we would like to thank you for your very quick responses.

The logistics could not have gone better, the insulation boards arrived on time and the driver who was delivering the cabin kept us up to date with the progress and this was delivered on time too. Lastly, the constructors, Josh & Toby arrived on time and constructed the cabin in a very professional way.

Lovely truck driver called Phil delivered it and we were so impressed that he managed to bring it right into our driveway and still leave room to park the car! My apologies for not writing sooner, especially since the news is good! We totally finished our cabin 8 days after we started (including a day off in the middle). We were blessed with fine weather until the Wednesday morning, enabling us to get the roof fully on and weather-proofed before then. In fact, we were up to roof level with side and rear walls by the Saturday evening after a morning spent carrying everything 330 feet up the garden.We used Cuprinol Clear, then Sadolin Classic Light Oak then Sadolin Extra Light Oak on the cabin. Thanks for all your help and for a great product.

Despite appalling weather, the cabin was delivered and built and we are all very pleased with it. The team were excellent and finished the job within 11 hours in torrential rain. The quality of the cabin and the build is excellent (but you knew that). Thank you very much.

The studio is already 'my little bit of heaven'. My previous 'studios' have been the kitchen table, a very tiny touring caravan (I had to open the skylight if I put my easel up as the roof was too low) or more recently the garage which was cold and gloomy. I now have all the light I want and wonderful views across the adjoining fields and my garden.

I just wanted to send an email to say thank you for a brilliant product and a great buying experience. I did a lot of research before I bought the cabin from your company as it was a significant financial investment for me and it's been worth every penny. I would be happy to recommend you to friends - in fact have done so already to my admiring neighbours and my brother. I was impressed by your time to answer all my queries and the way in which the cabin arrived so carefully and considerately packaged with all the fixtures and fittings.The assembly instructions took a little while to figure out but some basic understanding of DIY got me through. I built it up to the roof by myself and then had help from my neighbour to fix the roof and the windows and doors. For a small investment I have significantly improved the value of my flat and given myself some vital extra space to work.

Hi Richard & the rest of your staff,

Just to say a big thank you for our veranda extension. It is absolutely amazing, we have put some rattan furniture in it and look forward to spending long sunny days just lazing around, (hopefully our summer will live up to it, but we have a heater and/or a ceiling fan depending on whatever the British weather throws at us).

Josh and Steve were excellent, considering we had some rain mid-morning but it didn't dampen their speed of progress, they finished in good time and were very, very good. Please pass on our thank you to them.

It has been a month or two since my cabin was erected and I am pleased to say that it is still standing.

The reason for this letter is to thank you for your service. From start to finish everything went as well as planned. I have to say that these days I anticipate that problems and issues will always appear especially with building projects. The whole operation was a revelation. When discussing the project with you nothing was overstated, no rash claims were made, limitations were identified and possible shortcomings were anticipated. As the build date approached I was kept informed as to what and when things were going to happen. Even my reservations on the ability of the crew to barrow 90 loads of concrete to lay the base were dealt with.

Come the target week and on the due day the artic arrived (albeit 4 hours early). Unloading went without a hitch. The day the base was to be laid the team arrived at the planned time without a "come and find me" phone call. I am still not sure how they managed to get the shuttering down, sort the site get the concrete laid and still get away before nightfall.

I really expected the building of the cabin to take a few days but the following day with a 7.00 start and a 19.00 finish all was done in a single day.

So in a time when many companies are making excuses why this or that went wrong, and things did not happen when they should, it is so very pleasing when something does go right. So could you pass on my thanks to all involved in the planning, manufacture, construction and installation of this project.

As yet I have not taken full occupancy of the cabin as I am still finishing and fitting it out, but I'm sure it will fit my needs perfectly.

I have to pass on a note to let you know of a job truly well done from start to finish. Most professional at every stage.

The enquiry and booking of the order were fast, efficient and exemplary, you left your competition standing. We had the details fixed, the quote done and the order finalised in a matter of hours. The deposit was paid and we were under way!! BRILLIANT ADMIN TEAM

The delivery of the materials was fantastic. Robin the delivery man was not only most accommodating and helpful but his forklift was amazing and he positioned the load most expertly causing the least disruption.

Construction WOW!! Josh and the team arrived punctually at 7.00am. I was ready with cuppas! They set to, with enthusiasm and professional expertise. Rain was expected in the afternoon, so there was an added incentive to get it done. The system was most impressive and the planning of the alternating beams of tongue and grooved logs was amazing. The insulated base, and walls were completed by 10 am! I just loved the way every layer of wall was so carefully planned (accommodating doors, windows and overhanging porches as you went along) it was superb. Like a computer programmed set of lego!

I helped (a bit) and the first roof timbers were completed with the incredible nail guns in 20 minutes! We went to buy the paint/varnish and found that on our return at 12.30, the roof had been both insulated and the roofing felt shingles were fully completed! The rest of the time was taken to tidy up, fit doors, windows, locks etc, and the job was completed by mid afternoon. FANTASTIC! A friend of mine did this himself with a smaller similar cabin and it took him and a mate 4/5 days to do what these guys did in a day. He was most impressed.

Well done and thanks. I have no hesitation to recommend you and your team to anyone and have already impressed my family & neighbours. It is great.

We would like to say thank you for our log cabin, we appreciated the courtliness and promptness that we received from Keops and we are pleased with the quality of the end result.

We took 3 days to erect the cabin and 2 days the following weekend to erect the shed. Yet again we would like to say thank you and we enjoyed our visit to Evesham and found the whole experience very pleasant. We would have no hesitation in recommending Keops to anyone who would be interested in log cabins.

You supplied us with a cabin kit in the summer of 2007 and I thought you would like to see how good the finished product looks. We are really pleased with the cabin. The flexibility you offer to choose size of patio and overhang and position of windows etc, makes your product much superior to the others we saw prior to purchase. The large patio is great. Plenty of room for the bbq. We were originally intending to have a larger canopy, but fortunately you persuaded us not to do that and I am pleased you did, because it would have made the cabin too dark and been unnecessary.

We bought this for functional reasons, as our house is east facing at the back. The cabin faces west, so we can eat in the evening, facing the setting sun. This works really well because the cabin retains warmth. What we had not anticipated is the impact the placing of the cabin has had on our fairly large but relatively empty garden. It adds a significant and attractive feature to our environment. The construction was also fun and the end result gives us a satisfying sense of achievement.

So thank you very much indeed.

The building looks fantastic at the end of the garden - the design with a small door and window makes it work as a building rather than purely a garage. Further Rick and his team were excellent in laying the slab, ensuring the delivery and during building. Not only did they do a great job - but they were pleasant, punctual, and respected our property and that of our neighbours.

I am very pleased with my cabin. I use it as a store for garden implements, bicycles and recycling bins/boxes.I do quite a bit of woodwork and I noticed that the timber supplied was of very good quality, obviously slowly grown and some of the pieces were very dense for softwood. The quality of the construction of the doors and window too is good. An excellent product all round and good value for the cost.

Thought I'd give you some feedback on our cabin that was installed a couple of months ago. Overall I'm delighted with it. The buying experience was excellent. The "young man" who delivered the bag of bits was superb & very good at what he did! Literally just as he carefully placed the timbers down, the fitters turned up from Evesham at 6.45am - perfect timing!

The finished product was and still is, excellent. The overall experience was superb and we battle the teenage kids to "book" the cabin - it's full of people most nights. We sourced a pool table locally + plasma + beer fridge + settee + dart board and blinds...fantastic fun!!!

I have mentioned you to a number of my customers & hope you get something back!

I think the cabin has done us, as a family, a world of good as well...that saying " a family that plays together, stays together" (although we never had any issues between us before) - may have a ring of truth. Its great to do something together (playing pool and darts) with my teenage boys!

Firstly, I don't think I ever got the chance to say thank you for our log cabin, so thank you - it took us a bit longer to complete the construction than your guys normal 2 days (being amateurs) but we are really pleased with the quality and beauty of our Forest Lodge. The cuts on the timber frames were amazingly accurate and everything fitted better than expected. I can understand now the 'generic' instructions but we did have to think pretty hard on some of the parts. Now having completed the main structure and roof we could probably knock a half day off the build. But it is very satisfying all the same and fun.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the help and support you have given throughout the process of purchasing the two bed lodge. You have always been willing to answer any questions I have had ( even if they seem a bit silly) and given support to my builder when needed.

The whole process from placing the order with yourself, to Robin the delivery driver who I would like to say is very cheerful, pleasant man who was very accommodating when arranging the delivery date/time and the team who built the lodge. They were a great bunch of lads, very hard working and had the cabin water tight by the end of the first day! (very impressive) and gave some good advice with regards to allowing the lodge to settle and ensuring the internal doors are kept closed for as long as possible so that they do not warp out of place. Its fantastic and the guys who constructed it were incredible. One day it was a concrete slab and the next it was up, wind and water tight. Worth every penny. Our friends and family can't stay away. Its so practical incorporating the garage and we were surprised how warm it is and how easy it is to heat in winter. The design process with Keops was so simple. I just provided the floor plan I fancied and the rest is history.

My little piece of heaven! Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new tailor made cabin building. Your staff have been brilliant and made the whole operation go smoothly, with nothing being too much trouble.(The delivery driver had to climb a pole to strap my arched hedge out of the way to get the fork lift through!).

The team of cabin builders were amazing too, arriving at 7am (having travelled a couple of hours) and working really hard to complete the job. Just to think that I very nearly went with another company and bought something "off the shelf" that wasn't really suitable to my needs.

I have painted the outside and will be starting on the inside - will send you some pics of the gorgeousness when I'm finished! Its going to be a studio, a teenage den, a weekend stay for guests, a party room...the list goes on.
