How to OrderPlacing your order
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of order. You will receive an order confirmation, deposit invoice, plus a "What Happens Next" letter, a timetable of events, insulation fitting instructions (if applicable) & preservative treatment information.
An invoice for the balance of payment will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to your cabin delivery.
Viewing by AppointmentOur normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are able to make arrangements outside of the above mentioned hours and at weekends, however, in ALL cases, visits are by appointment only so that we can allocate a member of staff to be present to devote adequate time to our visiting customers.
Delivery DetailsBearing in mind that most of our cabins are being made fresh especially for you to your design requirements, we need a sensible time frame in which to process the order, design, schedule production, source correct high grades of raw materials, manufacture, package and transport.
This is reliably achieved in 6 weeks on average.

All of our delivery lorries are equipped with Moffat Mounty / Kooi fork lift trucks on board.
These are incredibly versatile machines, that allow the driver to offload the cabin packs from the side of the lorry, travel a short distance and place the pack as close to your build site as is possible.

InstallationWe do offer an efficient installation service nationwide, although the majority of our customers take enjoyment from self assembly and we are available 24/7 to provide expert advice over the telephone should the need arise.

Wendy's gorgeous log cabin
Keops "tailor make" the perfect design
Wendy initially approached us looking for a log cabin that would fit into an awkward wedge shaped garden. She liked the Lugarde Londen and although not perfect for her in layout or size, thought an "off the shelf" cabin was the only solution. After listening to her requirements and design ideas, we were able to suggest a Keops tailor made cabin to fit her wish list and budget!

We designed an "L" shaped cabin to maximise the garden space and increased the height to incorporate two loft areas. Inside, there is a large living space and we created two smaller rooms which Wendy has made into a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower. There is another separate room which has been furnished to make a super dining room, with glazed double doors to allow plenty of light.
Wendy painted the interior walls with a white opaque preservative which gives a lovely light airy feel and has furnished the cabin very tastefully. We think it looks super!
My little piece of heaven! Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new tailor made cabin building. Your staff have been brilliant and made the whole operation go smoothly, with nothing being too much trouble.(The delivery driver had to climb a pole to strap my arched hedge out of the way to get the fork lift through!).The team of cabin builders were amazing too, arriving at 7am (having travelled a couple of hours) and working really hard to complete the job. Just to think that I very nearly went with another company and bought something "off the shelf" that wasn't really suitable to my needs.
I have painted the outside and will be starting on the inside - will send you some pics of the gorgeousness when I'm finished! Its going to be a studio, a teenage den, a weekend stay for guests, a party room...the list goes on.
