How to OrderPlacing your order
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of order. You will receive an order confirmation, deposit invoice, plus a "What Happens Next" letter, a timetable of events, insulation fitting instructions (if applicable) & preservative treatment information.
An invoice for the balance of payment will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to your cabin delivery.
Viewing by AppointmentOur normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are able to make arrangements outside of the above mentioned hours and at weekends, however, in ALL cases, visits are by appointment only so that we can allocate a member of staff to be present to devote adequate time to our visiting customers.
Delivery DetailsBearing in mind that most of our cabins are being made fresh especially for you to your design requirements, we need a sensible time frame in which to process the order, design, schedule production, source correct high grades of raw materials, manufacture, package and transport.
This is reliably achieved in 6 weeks on average.

All of our delivery lorries are equipped with Moffat Mounty / Kooi fork lift trucks on board.
These are incredibly versatile machines, that allow the driver to offload the cabin packs from the side of the lorry, travel a short distance and place the pack as close to your build site as is possible.

InstallationWe do offer an efficient installation service nationwide, although the majority of our customers take enjoyment from self assembly and we are available 24/7 to provide expert advice over the telephone should the need arise.

How our Keops log cabins compare
Today’s market is flooded with potential suppliers of log cabins.
The majority are just internet sellers with a little product knowledge of their own brands in terms of size, name, price and what is and what is not included in the price. They are unlikely to be able to provide accurate technical information or to give an honest appraisal of the best methods except to say that ‘theirs are always the best and everybody elses log cabins are rubbish’ without any empirical or theoretical data to back up such claims.
Log cabins are often available to purchase from garden centres and builders merchants. It is unlikely that there will be a log cabin technical specialist within such organisations, more likely just a nominated person in charge of sales.
For many dealers, log cabins are just another product in their catalogue often alongside garden furniture, sheds, play equipment and other garden items. Again you are unlikely to find a log cabin specialist in such organisations.
Some log cabin dealers do appear to be quite reputable but you may find the salespersons come from all walks of life with very little relevant background to advise you correctly. Some we know were probably great selling insurance, vacuum cleaners, double glazing, cars or in the police force but can hardly claim a sound knowledge and experience in structures!
