How to OrderPlacing your order
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of order. You will receive an order confirmation, deposit invoice, plus a "What Happens Next" letter, a timetable of events, insulation fitting instructions (if applicable) & preservative treatment information.
An invoice for the balance of payment will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to your cabin delivery.
Viewing by AppointmentOur normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are able to make arrangements outside of the above mentioned hours and at weekends, however, in ALL cases, visits are by appointment only so that we can allocate a member of staff to be present to devote adequate time to our visiting customers.
Delivery DetailsBearing in mind that most of our cabins are being made fresh especially for you to your design requirements, we need a sensible time frame in which to process the order, design, schedule production, source correct high grades of raw materials, manufacture, package and transport.
This is reliably achieved in 6 weeks on average.

All of our delivery lorries are equipped with Moffat Mounty / Kooi fork lift trucks on board.
These are incredibly versatile machines, that allow the driver to offload the cabin packs from the side of the lorry, travel a short distance and place the pack as close to your build site as is possible.

InstallationWe do offer an efficient installation service nationwide, although the majority of our customers take enjoyment from self assembly and we are available 24/7 to provide expert advice over the telephone should the need arise.

Educational & Commercial buildings - Log Cabins at Butterfly World
We were delighted to be involved in the 27m Butterfly World Project. Keops designed, provided and constructed three log cabins for the site in Hertfordshire. A large cafe measuring 10 x 21 metres to building regulations standard, a study centre for school children measuring 6 x 14 metres and a large 6 x 10 metres gift shop cabin with a stable type canopy overhang. read more
Educational buildings - Madresfield Baby & Toddler Unit
Keops designed and built an 11.5 x 14 metre long building suitable for a school baby and toddler facility. The log cabin was subjected to building regulations approval for a commercial building and therefore included the Keops system of roof and floor insulation, the log cabin cavity wall system with rigid ureathane insulation cavity fill and Keops door and window system in UPVC golden oak frames with 24mm double glazed Pilkington Low E toughened glass. read more
Educational buildings - School building in Gloucestershire
The log cabin classroom was designed by Keops to replace the existing school building which was very tired and dated. Built to building regulations standard, the cabin features Keops own insulation system and our PVC double glazed windows and doors. The result is a modern, comfortable and efficient building for the happy students. read more
Commercial buildings - Rodbaston Visitor Centre, Shop & Tearoom
The Rodbaston building was designed to include a shop area, service counters, tearoom and general office. The L shaped building measures 6 x 15 metres and 6 x 9 m with French doors giving access onto an outside patio area with picnic tables. The building proved to be a cost effective and energy efficient solution. read more
Commercial buildings - Cafe Ginkgo at Ravenscourt Park
A beautiful log cabin cafe in Ravenscourt Park, London. The L shaped building features our UPVC windows and doors giving plenty of access between the garden centre and outside patio area. Painted in a subtle green/blue colour the Cafe has been described as "achingly trendy" and has had many excellent reviews for both its log cabin ambience and wonderful food. read more

A Keops log cabin provided the perfect showroom and shop for The Welly shop. With plenty of space to display a whole range of footware and clothing, the cabin provides an authentic country backdrop and is warm and welcoming. A great alternative to a brick building and a much cheaper solution. read more
Recreational, sports & leisure buildings - Eckington Recreation Centre
The existing recreational building at Pershore was replaced with a new timber building. Built in a pavilion style, the building features a very attractive canopy and veranda which runs right along the front. Inside there is a large open space for activities plus changing rooms and toilets. read more
