How to OrderPlacing your order
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of order. You will receive an order confirmation, deposit invoice, plus a "What Happens Next" letter, a timetable of events, insulation fitting instructions (if applicable) & preservative treatment information.
An invoice for the balance of payment will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to your cabin delivery.
Viewing by AppointmentOur normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are able to make arrangements outside of the above mentioned hours and at weekends, however, in ALL cases, visits are by appointment only so that we can allocate a member of staff to be present to devote adequate time to our visiting customers.
Delivery DetailsBearing in mind that most of our cabins are being made fresh especially for you to your design requirements, we need a sensible time frame in which to process the order, design, schedule production, source correct high grades of raw materials, manufacture, package and transport.
This is reliably achieved in 6 weeks on average.

All of our delivery lorries are equipped with Moffat Mounty / Kooi fork lift trucks on board.
These are incredibly versatile machines, that allow the driver to offload the cabin packs from the side of the lorry, travel a short distance and place the pack as close to your build site as is possible.

InstallationWe do offer an efficient installation service nationwide, although the majority of our customers take enjoyment from self assembly and we are available 24/7 to provide expert advice over the telephone should the need arise.

A garage with a difference!
We always wanted a hot tub but didn’t want to be trailing through the house for showers and changing. The ideal solution for us was a self contained log cabin.
We’d already ruled out a brick building as too expensive and would not be as aesthetically pleasing in the garden. We live in a conservation village and our original plan was to have a log cabin halfway down the garden. Planning had an issue with the original proposal so Eleanor came up with a new plan.
When we moved into the property we has an old garage which we intended to replace at some point. Eleanor’s plan was to combine the garage and log cabin on the site of the original garage. Planning confirmed that this would be acceptable. The new plan also had the benefit of saving us the expense of a separate garage.
I set about laying down the floor plan within the available area. A garage and storage area made up one side of the cabin. The other side was a dry area for relaxation and a wet area for access to the hot tub and included a sauna, shower and wc. When searching the websites for inspiration I had seen some gallery pictures and realised I could also include a loft room which is now the bedroom. The log cabin now caters for our original need to service the hot tub and sauna but we have gained a garage and guest accommodation. Three in one…not a bad deal!
I had been speaking with several log cabin companies but when I faxed my requirements to Richard, I found he provided the best customer service and design flexibility. Keops provided exactly what I wanted and to my budget. Richard and the Keops staff made the subsequent customer service experience personal and painless. The cabin was delivered and constructed exactly on time and is worth every penny.
A year on and we are surprised how warm the cabin is and how easy it is to heat in winter. Its floor and roof are both insulated and the windows are double glazed.
We are delighted with our new asset and our friend and family love it. We enjoy relaxing in the cabin when we are on our own, but cabin owners should be prepared…friends and family visit more these days! They prefer to party in the cabin rather than having polite conversation in our lounge.
